Chocolate ZUCCHINI Cake
This is delicious and easy to make! If you are going to make a cake, it better taste great.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
- ¼ c soft butter
- ½ c oil
- 1 ¾ c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ c flour
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- 2 c grated zucchini
- ½ c choc chips (I usually add a handful. I like lots of chocolate chips in the cake. It really makes the cake.)
- ½ c sour milk (1 splash of vinegar in your measuring cup before you add the milk-let sit for 5 minutes)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Baking times: 9 x 13 pan – 45 to 60 minutes, 3 – 9”pans – 25 to 30 minutes
Cream butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and cloves. Mix, adding sour mix in. Add zucchini and chocolate chips.
For the Icing1 pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ c icing sugar
Cream butter and cream cheese together, add vanilla and icing sugar. Beat till smooth.
