PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE
This is a surprise cake when you cut it because no one expects it to be green. The kids loved it when they were little. It’s quick and easy, and a fun cake to make.
PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE

Ingredients
- 1 white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups water
- ¼ cup oil
- ½ cup almond extract
- 1 pkg jello pistachio pudding mix powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester come out clean. Cool 15 minutes, then remove from pan.
