SPINACH DIP
Another great recipe everyone. Serve up in a sourdough loaf.
SPINACH DIP

Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen spinach
- 1 can (398 ml) artichokes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup mayo or sour cream
- 2, 8 oz packages of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients.
You can hollow out a round sourdough loaf or put it in a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375F, covered.
