SUPER-EASY MICROWAVE HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
I’ve always used the package kind... I know, it’s not too bad, but it does not compare to the real thing. I have seen how finicky the traditional hollandaise can be and just couldn’t go there.
One night while having dinner with friends the topic of hollandaise sauce came up. I said I just never make it, I just use the package. This is when I heard about the microwave kind. Well the next day I started looking at what was out there and wow did it look easy to make in the microwave.
Well I tried it and it was a success. It’s easy, so easy to make. You just gotta try it!
