This is a simple cake. Even if you don’t need a gluten-free cake, you will want to make this. I want to say it tastes like a restaurant version - but it’s better than that. It is easy to make, smooth and chocolatey. You don’t need a large piece because it is very rich and decadent.
If you don’t like to microwave your chocolate, just use your double boiler and cool mixture to room temperature. I’m making this cake for our ‘pub night’ with friends tonight. Three of them have birthdays on the same day! This cake will satisfy everyone in the crowd. FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE
